From start to finish, our new flooring was a dream. Zack and his brother came out for the bid and were professional and responsive throughout the process . We were delayed and the scheduling was never a problem . Hector and his crew did the install and they worked hard to get things done within a tight time frame. The detailed workmanship shows and they added a lot of value to our home. Trustworthy, communicative and timely -I would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and neighbors and I hope to use them soon for a larger
project at our other property.

I am so happy that we decided to submit a request through Costco and were paired with Pacific Coast! The entire experience was amazing, seamless, and well priced. Zach called almost immediately after I submitted the online request and had immediate openings for a free consultation. I mostly appreciated his knowledge of the products and process as well as the fact that he was in no way assertive or impatient with how long I took to decide and commit to the project.

Hugo and Jesus were also amazing! They worked quickly and efficiently and we could not be happier with the final results. We will definitely be reaching out to Pacific Coast when it's time to replace the rest of the flooring in our home.

I just received my flooring delivery from Pacific Coast Carpet, and I couldn't be happier with the experience up to this point. Matt and Aiden were incredibly careful and courteous, making sure the delivery was placed thoughtfully and taking the time to explain what everything was. Even before the delivery, PCC stood out with their exceptional communication and accommodating service. I truly felt like they had my best interest in mind every step of the way -- and that means a lot to me. Highly recommend!

Wow! Talk about being exactly on time. My delivery time was between 10 - 11am. Flooring was delivered at 10am! Mike was very friendly courteous professional and respectful. Exactly what every customer would want when greeted at the door. Highly recommend this company if you are thinking about re-doing your flooring in your house.

Our whole experience has been positive. Heather listened and made suggestions based on what we said we wanted. John came out to measure and made several helpful suggestions. When the flooring was delivered, it was placed on a pallet and covered up so it would not get wet.

The installation crew - Miguel and Alberto - were absolutely amazing. They arrived on time, they treated my wife and me with courtesy and respect, and they cleaned up - even vacuuming the the car port. When they left we had new floors and no mess to clean up.

I'm remodeling my kitchen and I chose floors from Pacific Coast Carpet. It's one of the last steps to completing my kitchen and I was so excited to see Mike and Matt driving up to delivery my flooring. Thank you for your hard work. Look at the heavy load they moved.

Kristen Moser did an outstanding job in terms her knowledge of the products and was able to answer all our questions. She was very friendly and easy to talk with and wasn't pushy at all. My wife and I went to several other flooring places first and after spending time with Kristen and seeing all the products to choose from we both felt that we would like to work with her and Pacific Coast Carpet for our flooring redo. In addition, Kristen was able to get our Luxury Vinyl planking in sooner than expected which worked great with our schedule. Pricing seemed reasonable compared to others.

We are having our floors done and Matthew brought out the tiles prior to their upcoming installation. He was great in his calling before and upon arrival was very personable and professional! Zach had been our first connection with Pacific Coast Carpet as the Costco Rep and we could not be happier with all of our interactions with him! The next step will be the installation but wanted to give our props and appreciation for the great experience!

Vinyl plank flooring was installed in our kitchen and the adjoining family room and laundry room. (This was to replace the previous flooring that was 35 years old.)

In just a day and a half, these rooms have been updated and improved, with attractive flooring installed by careful craftsmen who did a great job!

Sergio Frank and Israel installed my new flooring. Sergio was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of tips for the future. Frank and Israel were wonderful installers. They did a great job. After the flooring was installed, they all actually helped me put felt on the bottom of my furniture and placed it back in the room. This was not included in what was to be their job. I plan on having two more rooms done and will be requesting Sergio and his crew. I am a customer for life and will recommend them to everyone I know. Kristen was very helpful when I picked out my flooring and John was available to answer all my questions.
